CloakBioGuard Removal Service
Anyone can find you from one photo of your face
Face-search engines like PimEyes have already scraped billions of faces. Feed in a single photo and they surface that person's other pictures, social accounts, even their name and city — and most people have no idea they're in there. We get you removed from the major engines — PimEyes, FaceCheck.ID and Lenso.ai — and keep you removed, because two of the three re-index. Handled by real people, $19/mo, or $49 to file once.
You'll need a clear face photo and a photo ID — the engines require it to prove the face is yours. What we ask for, and why
See for yourself — are you exposed?
Don't take our word for it. Run your own face through the engines and see what comes up — it takes about two minutes.
- 1
Go to PimEyes, upload a clear photo of your face, and search. The free results are blurred, but they tell you whether matches exist.
- 2
Do the same on FaceCheck.ID.
- 3
If either one finds you, your face is indexed — meaning a stranger with your photo can use it to find the rest of your life.
Found matches? We'll get you removed — and keep you removed, since they re-index.
Or without the monthly re-check.
How it works
A person on our team does the tedious removal work you'd otherwise have to do yourself.
Step 1
You send a photo
A clear photo of your face (and a redacted ID where an engine requires it for opt-out).
Step 2
We locate you
We check the major face-search engines and find where your face is matchable.
Step 3
We submit removals
We file the opt-out / removal request with each engine on your behalf.
Step 4
We confirm
We follow each request through and tell you when you’ve been removed.
What you'll need — and why we ask for an ID
Nobody likes being asked for a driver's license after they've paid. So here it is before: three things, and the reason for each.
Your email
Where confirmations go as each engine clears. That's all we use it for.
A clear photo of your face
Well-lit, full face, nothing covering your face or eyes, taken within the last couple of years. It's what we search the engines with, and what they match your opt-out against.
A photo ID — with most of it blacked out
Driver's license, passport or national ID. Cover the document number, your address and your date of birth. Keep your name and photo visible — that's the only part the engines compare. A phone snap of a redacted licence is fine; it doesn't need to be a scan.
Why the engines insist on it
An opt-out pulls a person out of a public index, so the engines won't act on one until they're satisfied the face belongs to whoever is asking. Without that check, the form becomes a way to erase someone else — or to get a stranger's face confirmed against a name, which is the exact harm the opt-out exists to stop. We can't file on your behalf without passing that check along.
We ask for the same minimum each engine asks for and nothing beyond it: no Social Security number, no proof of address, no selfie video. What happens to the documents afterwards is spelled out below.
What happens, and when
Most of the wait isn't us — it's the engines. Here's the honest timeline so you know when to expect silence.
Right after you pay
You land on a secure upload form for your photo and ID. About three minutes. Nothing starts until we have those two files.
Within 2 business days
We run your face through every engine on the list, record what each one is currently showing, and file the opt-out with each.
Then 2 to 6 weeks
The engines process at their own pace and rarely at the same speed. If one asks a follow-up question or rejects a document, we handle it — and only come back to you if we need something new.
As each one clears
We email you rather than making you wait for the slowest. You get told what came down and anything that didn’t.
This is a small operation, deliberately. Every removal here is filed by hand by a person, which is why the list is two engines rather than fifty, why we say two business days rather than instantly, and why there's no dashboard to log into. It also means you're emailing a human, not a ticket queue.
The face-search engines we remove you from
This is the full list — a fixed, named set, not “and others.” You know exactly what you're getting.
PimEyes
the big one — 900M+ images, public reverse face search
FaceCheck.ID
400M+ images, public reverse face search
Lenso.ai
AI face search — and the only one that says it will not re-index you
Clearview AI — depends where you live
filed for California, EU and UK residents — those are the only routes Clearview offers
Some engines are missing on purpose. Search4Faces and FindClone pull from VK and have no consumer opt-out worth the name, so we do not pretend to clear them — the only real lever there is the source photos on VK itself.
How we handle your photo and ID
You're trusting us with sensitive documents. Here's exactly what happens to them.
Uploaded over an encrypted connection and kept in private, access-controlled storage — never on a public link.
Seen only by the person filing your removals. Never sold, never shared for advertising, never used to train AI.
Sent only to the engines you're opting out of (PimEyes, FaceCheck.ID), and only the minimum each one requires to verify it's you.
Deleted within 7 days of your last removal being filed — sooner if you email and ask. We don't keep your ID on hand, and we never use it to train anything.
Full detail in our Privacy Policy.
Pricing
Same removal either way. The difference is what happens when they re-index.
Lenso.ai states it will not re-index you once delisted, so there it is permanent either way. PimEyes and FaceCheck.ID both re-crawl, so a one-time filing with those two is accurate until the next photo of you gets scraped — which is the whole of what the monthly plan is for.

What this does — and doesn't do
We submit the real opt-out and removal requests to face-search engines so a search for your face stops returning you.
We remove you from the face-search engines listed above — not from the thousands of individual websites that might host a photo of you. Those are a separate, far bigger task; for the major ones we'll point you to the right removal route.
Removal isn't always permanent — new photos of you can get scraped and re-indexed later. You can run the one-time removal again whenever that happens, or take the $19/mo plan and we'll watch for it and re-file without you having to notice.
FAQ
Questions people ask before paying
Including the ones where the answer is no.
Why do you need my driver’s license or passport?
Because the face-search engines require it, and we cannot file on your behalf without it. An opt-out pulls a person out of a public index, so the engines will not act on one until they are satisfied the face belongs to whoever is asking — otherwise the form becomes a way to erase someone else, or to get a stranger’s face confirmed against a name. We ask for the same minimum each engine asks for, and nothing beyond it: no Social Security number, no proof of address, no selfie video.
Can I black out parts of my ID?
Yes, and we would rather you did. Cover the document number, your address and your date of birth. What has to stay legible is your name and your photo — that is the part the engines actually compare against the face you are asking them to remove. A phone photo of a redacted licence is fine; it does not need to be a scan.
What happens to my ID afterwards?
It is uploaded over an encrypted connection into private, access-controlled storage, seen only by the person filing your removals, and sent only to the engines you are opting out of. We delete it within 7 days of filing your last removal, and sooner if you email and ask. It is never sold, never shared for advertising, and never used to train a model.
How long does this take?
We file your requests within two business days of getting your photo and ID. After that it is the engines’ clock, not ours: confirmations typically land between two and six weeks out, and the two engines rarely move at the same speed. We email you as each one clears rather than making you wait for the slowest.
Can I just do this myself for free?
Yes. Every engine on our list publishes its own opt-out form, and nothing we do is secret or privileged — we fill in the same forms you would. What $49 buys is not access, it is the hour of finding the right form, getting the ID redaction right, filing with each engine, reading the replies and following up on the one that goes quiet. If you would rather spend the hour than the money, spend the hour.
Is the removal permanent?
No, and anyone promising otherwise is selling you something. Opting out removes what is indexed now. New photos of you can be scraped and indexed later, at which point you would be findable again from those. If you reappear, you can run the removal again — and cloaking new photos before you publish them is the other half of keeping it from happening.
Do you remove my photos from Google, or from the sites hosting them?
No. We remove you from the face-search engines named on this page — the tools that let a stranger go from a photo to your identity. We do not take a photo down from the website hosting it, and we do not remove your details from data brokers like Whitepages or Spokeo; those are separate, much larger jobs and a different kind of service. Where there is a straightforward removal route for a specific site, we will point you at it, but we will not pretend it is included.
What if you cannot find me, or an engine refuses?
If a search turns up nothing, we tell you that and refund you rather than filing paperwork you did not need. If an engine rejects a request, we work the rejection — usually it is a document or photo quality issue — and come back to you only if we need something new from you. If we never manage to file your removals, you do not pay.
Stop being findable by your face
